The three-day Qalbun Salim Programme, organised by the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) in collaboration with the Islamic Studies Department, concluded yesterday with a ceremony to present appreciation certificates.
PDI Acting Director Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, the guest of honour, presented certificates to the 25 participants at a ceremony at PDI’s Multipurpose Hall.
Marking its 4th edition, the programme held from January 20 to 22, aimed to raise awareness about correct beliefs of faith, emphasise the importance of good morals, and improve practices in alignment with Islamic teachings.
The programme included a Ta’ruf Aqidah session, an educational visit to the PDI Gallery Hall and Welfare Home Complex, the Community Development Department (JAPEM), as well as presentations on morals and self-reflection by officers from PDI Dakwah Propagation Unit and JAPEM. – Lyna Mohamad
