Twenty Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) customers were the first to receive their BIBD 30th anniversary limited edition cards during a ceremony at the bank’s Kiulap branch yesterday.
BIBD Deputy Head of Retail Banking Junaidi bin Bahrum presented the limited edition cards to the recipients.
“As BIBD marks this significant milestone, the bank would like to acknowledge the response from customers who registered for the limited edition cards.
“The enthusiasm is a testament to the enduring partnership between BIBD and our customers, which has remained the bedrock of BIBD’s success over the past three decades.”
Isamuddin Fitri bin Idrus, who received the limited edition Visa Gold Card, said, “Because the card is limited edition, I was scared I would regret if I didn’t apply for it. The design is also futuristic.” “I didn’t know I would be one of the first to own the card and I am so happy about it,” he added.
Meanwhile, Noorhidayah binti Haji Salleh who received a limited edition Visa Platinum Card said, “I applied for the limited edition card because I love the design. The card looks unique and colourful.”
The limited edition cards come with a fresh and modern design, symbolising the evolution of the bank’s brand and commitment to innovation. The cards will come to be a collector’s item, commemorating the 30th anniversary while also embracing the forward-looking spirit that defines BIBD.
