Over 150 kilogrammes of garbage was collected during a beach clean-up organised by AIA Brunei to mark World Environment Day recently.
The event at Muara Beach was held in collaboration with Green Brunei.
The campaign began with a speech by AIA Brunei General Manager Kenneth Ling followed by a briefing by Green Brunei Co-Founder Khairunnisa binti Haji Ash’ari.
Fitness Zone participated in the event by leading the warm-up session and organising beach activities.
The campaign also saw participation by 50 volunteers comprising AIA staff, advisors, clients and their family and friends.
