Some 123 pints of blood were collected during a campaign hosted by J Hotel over the weekend.
Fifty-one pints were collected on the first day and 72 were collected on the second day.
The campaign, organised in cooperation with Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital’s Blood Donation Centre, was held in a bid to give back to the community by encouraging the public to donate blood as a gesture of goodwill and charity.
J Hotel also said the response on the drive exceeded their expectations, with large turnout on both days. – Rokiah Mahmud
