The takmir committee in partnership with the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) conducted an ‘Introduction to Basic and Disciplines of Tadabbur Al-Quran’ workshop to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque.
Held at the PDI multipurpose hall, the workshop attracted 36 participants, including officers from PDI, Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan, Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, Mosque Affairs Department, Royal Brunei Armed Forces Religious Directorate, Institut Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and the Brunei Islamic Religious Council.
Facilitated by Taddabur Centre Sdn Bhd’s Syahmi Syazeril bin Azmi from Malaysia, the workshop aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals and disciplines of understanding Al-Quran, the primary guidance for Muslims.
The workshop concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony presided by Acting Director of Mosque Affairs Department Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri.
