Wood, a global leader in consulting and engineering, has announced its joint venture with Tendril to provide engineering, procurement and construction services in Brunei.
Established in 2023, TendrillWood (TENDRILLWOOD SDN BHD) combines global experience with local expertise, specialising in project solutions, engineering design, materials and procurement, logistics and construction services.
With around 800 skilled employees, 74% of which are Bruneians, TendrillWood is committed to investing in local people, communities and capabilities and continues to contribute to the local economy, in alignment with the Wawasan Brunei 2035 vision.

Wood has been present in Brunei since 2017 and was awarded a major contract by Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (BSP) for the rejuvenation of assets, delivering Front End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, construction, completions and commissioning, marine management, fabrication management, procurement and project management.
In 2023, Wood was granted a two-year extension with BSP, focusing on the continued rejuvenation of their offshore energy asset portfolio to maximise production capacity and efficiency.
