The Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) would like to respond to the letter, ‘Struggling to update company’s structure’, published in the Opinion page on January 31.
The ministry expresses its sincere appreciation to ZH for sharing their experiences on the online portal, One Common Portal (OCP), and duly acknowledges the concerns raised.
The Registry of Companies and Business Names (ROCBN) is committed to continuously improve its service delivery to the business community as well as the public.
In light of this, the ministry would like to extend an invitation to ZH to approach the ROCBN on Level 1, MoFE building where guidance will be provided to navigate the system.
