Epson and Concepts Computer are collaborating to ensure that Epson’s two-year warranty coverage for Brunei Darussalam’s market ensures that end-users rights are protected and that they have an overall worry-free experience.
Representatives from Epson Malaysia, including Senior Sales Manager Tan Boon Hiong and his team members Ellan Ho and CJ Lim were in the Sultanate to meet the media.
General Manager of Concepts Computer Vincent Pao and his team members welcomed the delegates at the Concepts showroom yesterday.
Marketing executive for Concepts Computer Zul Abdul Rahman said, “Concepts Computer is always looking to ensure high-quality after-sales support for our customers, and one way to do that is by working hand in hand with our principal partners like Epson.” He also added.
The quarterly visits by Epson’s representatives to Brunei will ensure the bond between Concepts Computer and Epson will continue and grow.
“There were instances where customers were asked to pay for certain repairs that were covered by warranty. Therefore, it is important that the customer are well informed when they purchase an Epson printer from an authorised dealers that they have two-year warranty
coverage,” he added.
“We’re very pleased with the growth that Concepts Computer has done for the Epson brand name in Brunei Darussalam, so it is an easy decision for us to support wholeheartedly in providing full after-sales coverage for Brunei,” said Tan Boon Hiong.
