Radisson Hotel is hosting the Timeless Charm Vietnam Culture and Cuisine Week at Tasek Brasserie Restaurant in conjunction with the Vietnam Culture and Cuisine Week.
Chef Vu Tran from Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was flown in to join the Brunei team in showcasing the rich cultural heritage and cuisine of Vietnam, providing guests with a memorable experience.
Guests have the chance to enjoy a buffet featuring a wide range of authentic Vietnamese dishes such as traditional favourites pho noodle soup with chicken, bhan mi, grilled rice paper with quail eggs and many more. Patrons can also enjoy an array of desserts such as the lotus seed sweet soup and grilled banana rolls with sticky rice and others.
