Brunei-Muara District’s Veteran Youngsters FT led a friendly football match with the KB Warriors Veteran from the Belait District at the Panaga Club’s Field in Seria on February 2.
Prior to the start of the second half of the match, a token of appreciation was handed by both teams to Founder and Patron of the Youngsters Football Club Dr Haji Kamaruddin bin Dato Seri Paduka Haji Talip and KB Warriors Manager Haji Zainul Ariffin bin Haji Maidin.
The friendly match was part of an ongoing training and preparation for Veteran Youngsters FT’s participation in the 23rd Penang Sports Club International Soccer 7s Football Tournament from March 2 to 3.
The team will also compete in a local football championship on February 18. – Daniel Lim
