The Embassy of Turkiye in Brunei Darussalam hosted a blood donation drive among its staff, according to a statement from the embassy yesterday.
“We decided to hold this as a response to calls for blood donations from the Blood Donation Centre at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital,” said Ambassador of Turkiye to Brunei Darussalam Professor Dr Hamit Ersoy.
The ambassador added that the embassy holds blood donation drives annually to exercise their social responsibility and give back to the community.
