The Employees Trust Fund (TAP) announced yesterday that services counters will be closed on the first day of Ramadhan.
If the first day of Ramadhan falls tomorrow, the service counter at the PGGMB building will be closed on March 24 and re-open on March 25.
If the first day of Ramadhan begins on March 24, all service counters under TAP will be closed on March 24 and 25 and re-open on March 27.
Meanwhile, operating hours during Ramadhan at all its branches are from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8.15am to 12.30pm for payment counters; 8.15am to 1pm for enquiries, registration and withdrawal counters, and from 8.15am to 2pm for TAP Call Centre.
On Fridays, all the service counters will operate from 8.15am to 11am and call centre from 8.15am to 11.30am.
Registration, contribution payment and others can also be made online through TAP’s official website for employers and members who have registered as e-Amanah users.
The National Retirement Scheme (SPK) consultation session will be available from 9am to 2pm on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays, and from 9am to 11am on Fridays at the Health Promotion Centre, Ministry of Health.
The session will be conducted during Ramadhan from March 27 to April 12, and continues from April 17 to April 21.
Members aged from 50 to 59 are advised to book their consultation slot in advance through the link provided by TAP or its call centre during working hours.
