    Talk highlights adaptive leadership in a changing world

    Forty people attended a talk hosted by Britain Brunei Business Forum (BBBF) comprising senior military officers from the British Forces Brunei and 1st Battalion of the Royal Gurkha Rifles on September 29.

    Commanding Officers British Forces Brunei and 1st Battalion, the Royal Gurkha Rifles of Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Stanford-Tuck presented his talk on ‘Leading Evolving Organisations in a Time of Global Change’.

    Prior to the talk, BBBF Chairman Pengiran Aki Ismasufian bin Pengiran Haji Ibrahim, expressed his appreciation to the British High Commission in Brunei Darussalam for the support in organising the talk.

    “The BBBF is honoured to have Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Stanford-Tuck share his expertise with our members and guests. His insights on leadership in the face of global change are particularly relevant to businesses seeking to navigate the ever-shifting economic and geopolitical landscape,” said Pengiran Aki Ismasufian.

    Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Stanford-Tuck, with a distinguished military career and extensive leadership experience, presented on the essential principles of leadership in organisations adapting to the dynamics of global change and offered valuable insights on strategies for steering organisations through evolving landscapes.

    Also in attendance at the event was Defence Adviser at the British High Commission in Brunei Darussalam Captain (RN) Jonathan Caple who delivered the opening remarks.
