Baiduri Bank announced today the appointment of Professor David Grayson CBE to the board of the bank as an Independent Director.
Professor Grayson is the Chairman of the Institute of Business Ethics, United Kingdom (UK) and a renowned expert on sustainability and corporate responsibility.
He is the author or co-author of 10 books, the most recent being The Sustainability Business Handbook.
Professor Grayson was Professor of Corporate Responsibility at Cranfield University, UK from 2007 to 2017 where he is presently Emeritus Professor.
Professor Grayson has also served as Chairman of a number of high-profile public bodies including UK’s National Disability Council and is the current Chair of the Leonard Cheshire Charity, UK.
He is a recipient of the Reuters Responsible Business Honoree 2021 lifetime achievement award.
