Students explore career possibilities

Students from Perdana Wazir Secondary School (SMPW) visited Progresif Sdn Bhd yesterday, where they were introduced to career opportunities outside the conventional sectors.

Progresif briefed the students on the company’s background, showcasing its evolution into an innovative organisation. The students also delved into various aspects of Progresif, gaining insights into the company’s commitment to nurturing local talent and contributing to the creative industry in the Sultanate.

“We are committed to nurturing the potential of the next generation, providing them with exposure to career possibilities within the Progresif environment. Welcoming educational visits from students is our way to inspire and guide them as they navigate their education and future career paths,” said Progresif’s Head of Public Relations and Communication Hafiza binti Mohamad.

“Through these visits, our goal is to expose the careers at Progresif and expand our students’ perspectives to the telecommunications, digital and media fields in Brunei, fostering inspiration and motivation to explore their potential,” added Assistant Head of English of SMPW Basil Ali Witsqa bin Awang Mohammad. The students explored Progresif Media’s content creation and took a closer look at the sales team and customer services.

The visit concluded with a meeting with Progresif’s graphic designer and animator.
