Some 139 Year 9 students of Sultan Hassan Secondary School attended a ‘Kenali ASEAN’ roadshow at the school premises yesterday.
Head of the International Affairs Desk Eddy Iswandy bin Haji Ismail delivered the briefing to promote the ASEAN community among students. A quiz and prize presentation was also held.
The roadshow was conducted by the Information Department, through its International Affairs Unit as the Secretariat for the Sub-Committee on Information (SCI) of the ASEAN Committee for Culture and Information (ASEAN-COCI), Brunei Darussalam.
It is part of efforts by the department to instil the spirit of ASEAN-ness among the students while using the roadshow as a platform for students to learn more about the regional association.
