Yesterday marked the first day of school for students throughout the country.
Among them were Syarefan bin Fathurrahman and Nur Asyiqin binti Mohamad Suhud from Rimba Secondary School.
Syareefan, in an interview with the Bulletin, said he aims to excel in education and be the best he can be to make his parents proud.
Nur Asyiqin, meanwhile, plans to scale down her netball and badminton training to focus on her GCE ‘O’ Levels. She plans to put more time into studying and revisions, particularly on subjects she is weaker on.
She said she will work hard to make her parents proud by passing her exams with flying colours. – Lyna Mohamad
