Thirteen students from the Faculty of Agriculture at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) recently organised a mini event to commemorate World Mental Health Day, celebrated every October 10.
The activity, which ran from October 12 to 14, was held at the university’s Sinaut Campus in Tutong District. The event’s theme, ‘Mental Health is a Universal Human Right,’ emphasised that mental health is a fundamental right for all.
The objective was to provide a platform for sharing motivational messages and self-care tips, addressing stress management and guiding students, faculty members, and UNISSA staff on how to seek assistance when needed, in a bid to improve mental health. – Rokiah Mahmud
