SINGAPORE (AFP) – Singapore’s top court on Tuesday dismissed a mentally disabled Malaysian man’s last-ditch appeal against a death sentence, with his family saying they were “devastated” and “shocked” by the ruling. More details in Wednesday’s Borneo Bulletin
