The Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and supported by the Kolej International Graduate Studies (KIGS), will organise a Mental Wellbeing 2023 roadshow at the Business Marketing Communication Centre, KIGS today.
Several exhibitions related to mental health according to the Islamic perspective, prayer and mental well-being, appreciation of prayer and zikir recitation, mental well-being and family, and self-care in Islam will be showcased.
The public is welcome to attend the roadshow, runs from 8.15am to 4.15pm, to seek information on the latest information pertaining to mental well-being. – Rokiah Mahmud
