The World Mental Health Month came to a close on Sunday with an ‘Art Jam’ event at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas in the capital.
The event, organised by Global Shapers Community Bandar Seri Begawan (GSCBSB), was part of a project called ‘Rethink Mental Health’.
The project aimed to educate the public on mental health through workshops and support group sessions led by local mental health professionals.
The ‘Art Jam’, which attracted 50 participants, served as a medium for the public to express themselves through art and creativity.
The event featured writing workshops, an art and painting session and a vision board creation session.
