The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) on Wednesday announced that the airspace within a 3-nautical-mile (5.56-kilometre) radius of Sungai Akar Camp will be declared restricted on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
According to the DCA, unauthorised aircraft, including drones, are prohibited from operating in the restricted airspace.
Non-compliance with this directive constitutes a violation of Brunei Darussalam’s laws and regulations under Section 51 of the Civil Aviation Order, 2006.
