The Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society (BRC) in learning the needs of the recent fire victims of Kampong Setia ‘B’ that took away the homes of nine families, donated basic necessities yesterday.
BRC President Haji Mohd Suhaimi bin Haji Ibrahim handed over rice, cooking oil, sugar, instant noodles, bottled water, dry foods, cordial drinks, instant coffee and tea to Penghulu of Mukim Zone 2 of Kampong Ayer Raimi bin Awang Rashid, who received on behalf of the fire victims.
BRC said the donation sought to bring comfort to those facing hardship. – Lyna Mohamad
