The Temburong Police District headquarters of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) held a Tedarus Al-Quran ceremony on Monday in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan.
The event also saw a donation handover.
Commissioner of Police Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali was the guest of honour. Deputy Commissioner of Police Dato Seri Pahlawan Sulaiman bin Alidin also participated.
The event began with the mass recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by the guest of honour, followed by the recitation of Al-Quran verses and Tahlil by Kampong Belais Mosque imam Julherime bin Haji Muhammad Salleh. The event ended with a Doa Selamat.
