Royal Brunei Armed Forces’ (RBAF) army personnel discovered three packages containing 150 cartons of contraband cigarettes during a COVID-19 Taskforce patrol in Kampong Menunggol on Wednesday night.
A motorcycle was also found at the scene, according to the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
The contraband and motorcycle were brought to Water Village Police Station and later handed over to Royal Customs and Excise Department (RCED) for further investigation.
