Officers urged to be ready and adaptable

Officers should always be ready and adaptable to face increasingly complex challenges in today’s environment. They should be proactive in addressing security threats to maintain Brunei’s peace, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Dato Seri Pahlawan Sulaiman bin Alidin.

He was speaking at a closing and certificate presentation ceremony for participants of the 3rd Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers (EDPMMO) on Monday.

Some 18 RBPF senior officers, an officer from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and one officer from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) participated in the programme.

The event was organised by RBPF and Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s (UBD) Institute for Leadership, Innovation and Advancement (ILIA) at RBPF’s Officer’s Mess.
