It is important for families to practise the Muslim life in compliance with the Maqasid Syariah, which leads to a happy and harmonious community, nation and country, Fiqh Al-Usrah Research Centre Director Dr Haji Sham bin Haji Amin said.
He said this at the conclusion of the two-day Parenting Skills Workshop held on June 12 and 13 at the Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan’s (KUPU SB) Tarbiyah Hall yesterday.
KUPU SB Ra’es Dr Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, the guest of honour, presented certificates to the participants.
Dr Haji Sham, as the workshop chairperson, hoped that through the workshop, the participants would practise all the knowledge shared during the workshop.
The workshop saw 53 participants from government and private agencies.
