The mosque takmir committee of Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Mosque yesterday held a korban ceremony to mark Hari Raya Aidiladha for 1445 Hijrah.
Forty-three congregants participated in the ceremony where seven buffaloes were sacrificed at the foyer of the mosque.
Mosque takmir committee patron Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin joined Kampong Sungai Akar village head Haji Jailani bin Haji Malik to distribute sacrificial meat to 95 underprivileged members of the village, including three orphans. – Rokiah Mahmud
