The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) Bowl Striker team won a friendly bowling tournament organised by Zone 1 of Mukim Gadong ‘A’ and ‘B’ at the Golden Bowling, The Airport Mall on Saturday.
Tcr-Tungku Combine Rimba finished second followed by Kota Batu Striker.
Thirteen teams competed in the tournament, which aimed to foster closer ties among penghulus, acting penghulus, village heads and acting village heads.
Permanent Secretary (Municipal and District) at the MoHA Abdul Walid bin Haji Matasan was the guest of honour. Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Mohamad Ali bin Tanjong was also present. – James Kon
