The Ministry of Health (MoH) issued a statement addressing a viral social media post on complaints over rude staff and the supply of expired medication at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital recently.
The ministry said it has carried out a thorough investigation, and advised the public to check all the prescribed medicine before leaving the counter and to ask staff for clarification on how to take them correctly.
“If there are any issues, individuals should visit a nearby pharmacy under the MoH for assistance,” said the MoH
The ministry also said it has investigated the rudeness complaint and is trying to seek the complainant’s cooperation in formulating a corrective action. – James Kon
