Ministry holds Tahlil at Royal Mausoleum

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) held a Tahlil ceremony yesterday in conjunction with the 31st Civil Service Day celebration for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and for His Majesty’s late son Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim at the Royal Mausoleum, Jalan Tutong.

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah attended as the Co-Chair of 31st Civil Service Day celebration Executive Committee.

Acting Minister at the PMO Dato Seri Paduka Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, Deputy Minister (Civil Service Governance) at the PMO Dato Seri Paduka Mohd Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Yunos and Deputy Minister (Energy) at the PMO Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, as co-deputy chairperson of the celebration’s executive committee were also present.

The recitation of Tahlil and Doa Arwah was led by mosque affairs officer of Kampong Tanah Jambu Mosque Mohd Saifullah bin Rosli. – Azlan Othman
