Dato Haji Abd Rahman bin Abdul Hamid was all smiles after going through two rounds of challenges at the 3rd Lakastah Manang Bersama! bi-monthly cash prize lucky draw yesterday.
Speaking on behalf of her husband, Pengiran Datin Hajah Mariam binti Pengiran Ahmad noted that it was really an unexpected win and plans to use the winning cash of BND20,000 to purchase flight tickets to the United Kingdom.
She also said that they have been using Takaful Brunei Keluarga Sdn Bhd (TBK) and Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) products for many years.
The draw and prize presentation took place at OneCity Shopping Centre with five lucky Takaful Brunei customers rewarded with cash prizes for their participation in TBA and TBK products.
On hand to present the prizes was TBK Sdn Bhd Deputy Chief Operating Officer Haji Maszaiwardy bin Haji Masri.
Two other finalists Fathurrahman bin Haji Abd Ghani and Siti Aminah each received a consolation prize of BND3,000 while Mihan Marwan bin Mohamad Razali and Pengiran Hajah Habibah binti Pengiran Sulaiman each received BND1,000.
The winner also received 250,000 Takaful Brunei Mobile MyRewards Points worth BND250 while the remaining finalists received 100,000 Takaful Brunei MyRewards Points worth BND100.
The Lakastah Manang Bersama! promotion offers Takaful Brunei customers an opportunity to win a cash prize of up to BND20,000 every two months along with consolation prizes of up to BND3,000 and in addition, Takaful Brunei will also be giving cash prizes of BND30 to 300 customers and 50,000 MyRewards Points to 200 Takaful Brunei Mobile users every three months.
Customers can be a part of the promotion by participating in any TBA and TBK products through the branches or counters, TBA and TBK call centres, Takaful Brunei Mobile and authorised takaful agents. The promotion ends on December 31.
TBA is also currently giving customers an instant 30 per cent discount for new and renewal comprehensive motor packages until December 31.
The discounts are available through TBA branches/counters, call centre, authorised agents and Takaful Brunei Mobile.
