A contingent of 16 Brunei boules athletes departed for Kuala Lumpur yesterday to participate in the inaugural Malaysia International Doubles Open 2024.
The tournament, scheduled to run from October 17 to 20, will test the skills of the Bruneian competitors against international rivals.
Leading the delegation is President of the Brunei Darussalam Boules Sports Federation Haji Mohamad bin Penglima Asgar Dato Paduka Haji Abdullah. Other members of the delegation are team manager Hajah Norhaini binti Haji Dollahis and coach Zaharim Tawang. – Fadley Faisal
