The Public Works Department (JKR) announced that its staff at the bill payment for water (and gas) Counters of the Water Department in Jalan Tasek Lama are either COVID-19 positive or are close contacts to an infected individual.
In light of this, the counters will be temporarily closed until further notice.
The public is encouraged to make payments online via mobile applications or BIBD, Baiduri and SCB cash deposit machines.
