The Youth Transformation Community Club (KKBT) under the Youth Centre organised the continuation of its Brunei Berselawat Programme recently.
The programme, third of its kind, was held via Zoom and participated by 70 youth members.
The closing event will be held at the Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque in Kampong Manggis/Madang on October 22.
The programme aims to answer His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s call to practise Selawat and glorify the month of Rabiulawal, and encourage the public to incorporate Selawat recitation into their daily lives.
