The Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) announced that the counters for registration and pick up for green identity cards, which is currently placed at the Pengiran Lela Cheteria Hall of Royal Customs and Excise Department headquarters, will be moved to the Identification Card Division starting February 1.
Meanwhile, counters for registration and pick up of yellow and purple identity cards will be moved to the multi-purpose hall at the third floor of INRD headquarters.
The department advised the public to adhere to the operating hours. They will need to complete registration forms that can be obtained via www.immigration.gov.bn, attached with relevant documents before obtaining a queue number. – James Kon
