The HECAS online application for August 2025 intake for academic session 2025/2026 to local higher education institutions (HEIs) such as Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Politeknik Brunei (PB) and for the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship under the Department of Scholarship Management at the Ministry of Education (MoE)will begin on January 21, 2025 at 9am until February 25, 2025 at 3pm.
