GWM TANK, a global high-end SUV brand, made its official presence in the country with the launch of the GWM TANK 300 by the authorised sales dealer of Great Wall Motors (GWM), Berjaya Sdn Bhd.
The launch was marked with a preview of the GWM TANK 300 at The Mall, Gadong on Wednesday night by managing director Pengiran Irwan bin Pengiran Salleh AB Rahaman and head of sales Kelly Chin.
Pengiran Irwan, in his welcoming remarks, said GWM is named after the Great Wall of China and is China’s largest producer of sport-utility vehicles and pick-up trucks.
Since entering the market in mid-December 2020, over 300,000 units of GWM TANK have been sold up until the end of 2023. “I am proud to say that us Bruneian owners of GWM vehicles are a part of this figure, no matter how small it may be,” he said. – Lyna Mohamad
