His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam called on Muslims to get closer to Al-Quran as we are living in this high technology era and said there is no reason to delay in getting acquainted with Al-Quran.
Delivering the titah at the National Level Nuzul Al-Quran Celebration for 1444 Hijrah at the Plenary Hall of the International Convention Centre in Berakas on Friday, His Majesty said in view of the holy month of Ramadhan, let us be determined to acquaint ourselves with Al-Quran for the nation and the people to be always be inspired by the radiance of Al-Quran.
