A culinary food promotion celebrating the flavours of Indian cuisine, the Incredible India Food Festival brought by Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam began last night at the hotel’s Tasek Brasserie.
The festival showcases a diverse menu from the spicy flavours of north India to the aromatic spices of the south, including biryanis, tandoori, kebab specialities, variety of vegetarian options and delectable Indian sweets as well as desserts.
Radisson Hotel General Manager Miriam Wolber said, “The event not only celebrates the flavours of Indian cuisine but also allows our guests to immerse themselves in the captivating culture of India.”
The food festival will be held until July 31 from 6.30pm to 10pm. – Lyna Mohamad
