Focus on social media marketing success

Baiduri Bank and Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) joined forces to deliver a workshop on the 10th MSME Empowerment Series at the iCentre located at the Anggerek Desa Technology Park. The workshop was led by content strategist – Director and Chief Content Strategist at Cooler Insights Walter Lim.

The one-day workshop focused on the dynamic realms of digitalisation and innovation in marketing. Over 30 participants learnt how these elements can transform their approach to social media marketing, ultimately yielding tangible results for their businesses. During the workshop, participants learnt about how social media is always changing. They also explored how each social media platform can help businesses grow, from Facebook and Instagram to TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and instant messaging (IM) channels like WhatsApp and Telegram.

Participants also learnt the psychology of consumer behaviour, effective community management and data-driven analytics. With this knowledge, they are better equipped to optimise their marketing campaigns and strategies and measure their impact with precision; creating social media content that resonate with their intended clientele and adapt to different stages of customer engagement.
