The National Mosque Youth Group and Mosque Affairs Department’s ‘Brunei Together with Palestine’ programme took place at the International Convention Centre yesterday. Acting Director of Mosque Affairs Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri launched the programme to raise funds for the Palestinian community.
Programme Chairman Ahmad Muzhafar bin Haji Morsidi said the event was aimed to raise awareness of the Palestinian struggle and collect funds to assist the affected people.
Among the activities were a forum, a religious talk, Nasyid performance, poetry recitals, skit performance and merchandise sales. – Adib Noor
