Ducati Brunei yesterday unveiled the limited 30th anniversary edition of Ducati Monster, alongside the new and improved Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally and DesertX Rally.
More than 20 Ducati owners and members of various local bike clubs witnessed the unveiling of the new models.
Only 500 Ducati Monster 30th anniversary edition motorcycles have been made globally, and only one is in the country. The motorcycle was built to celebrate the first 30 years of history of Ducati’s most iconic bike. Each featured a dedicated plate which shows version name and number, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Meanwhile, the new Multistrada V4 Rally is the ideal travel companion in all conditions, as easy and intuitive in the urban jungle as it is on the most daring off-road routes.
Designed for long distance riding on any terrain, rider and passenger can enjoy heightened comfort and greater range, which makes the new Multistrada V4 Rally ideal for those seeking an ‘all-round’ bike.
The DesertX Rally is a high-performance machine, designed to cross desert, rock and forest. The plastics are mass-coloured and unpainted, so any scratches are a lot less visible. The graphics are adhesive, in thick PVC, to better protect the surfaces of the bike and ensure greater scope for customisation. The colours and graphics of the new livery take up those of the DesertX.
Following the unveiling, the event concluded with a ride from the Ducati showroom to a cafe in Madang, where guests enjoyed coffee and camaraderie, courtesy of vouchers provided by the dealership. – James Kon
