Deal aims to redefine customer experience

Progresif Sdn Bhd and GoMamam officially inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) yesterday to solidify a strategic partnership to redefine customer experience and elevate industry standards.

It was held at the 28th Consumer Fair at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

Signing on behalf of Progresif was its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hajah Nurul Haniah binti Haji Jaafar, while GoMamam was represented by its CEO Hadi Wahab with Progresif’s Senior Vice President of Strategy Johan bin Dato Dr Haji Johar and GoMamam’s Chief Operating Officer Amin Rambli signed as witnesses. The two companies will focus on joint marketing initiatives to bolster service awareness, the creation of innovative product bundles that leverage their unique offerings, and the strategic integration of GoMamam’s services into Progresif’s established digital platforms.

“We are excited to partner with GoMamam to bring our customers an even wider range of innovative services and experiences,” said Progresif’s CEO.
