The Literary Section of the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) held a religious talk to welcome Ramadhan for 1444 Hijrah at the bureau’s library in the capital on Tuesday.
The talk aimed to give exposure to the community on the values of Islam, foster relations and promote the bureau’s library to government departments, higher learning institutes and non-governmental organisations as a centre for reading and activities.
The talk ‘Preparations for Ramadhan’ was delivered by Religious Officer at Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s Student Affairs Section Dayangku Siti Norainul Fathni binti Pengiran Haji Tajuddin.
Mosque Muslimah, youth groups, and DBP members attended the talk.
