His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office; and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman on Friday attended the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) Youth Under-20 League 2023 match between DPMM FC and Panchor Murai FC at the Jerudong Mini Stadium.
Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim scored the winning goal in the 59th minute as DPMM FC beat Panchor Murai 2-1.
It was Yang Teramat Mulia’s second goal in consecutive appearances having previously netted in the team’s opener against IKLS-MB5 FC.
The Gegar Gegar youth took the lead through Awangku Hadi Aiman bin Pengiran Hamizal in the 27th minute before Habibul Hakim Sapawi equalised just a minute later.
DPMM FC continued their excellent start to the season after registering two straight wins having opened their campaign with a 2-1 win against IKLS-MB5 FC.
