Haji Musa reiterated their commitment to the long-term success of the project, which will contribute to Brunei’s ambition to develop an in-country maritime cluster and support and diversify the nation’s economy.
“We look forward to the progress and mutual success of our cooperation with Petrofac.
“Therefore, the decision to have the current operations and administration team, in close proximity to Pulau Muara Besar, is to assist in the process of construction.”
The awarding is a stepping stone for Anson International’s venture, and marks the beginning of the construction phase.
Anson International through Petrofac will engage and develop the local market as part of the project commitment for in-country value.
The ceremony concluded with a Hari Raya celebration.
