The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) and InfoCom Federation Brunei (IFB) are co-organising the Digital Future Conference and Exhibition themed ‘Advancing Technology and Innovation’ at Indera Samudra Grand Hall, The Empire Brunei on June 22 and 23 in conjunction with the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition 2023 (Brunei MYCE 2023) Technology and Innovation Week.
The event aims to connect industry players, government and private sector representatives as well as enthusiasts with partners and experts in the ICT sector. The conference will cover a range of topics, delving into the future of digital services, digital finance, smart city and uncover the latest trends shaping the network infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital skills.
Featuring international and local key speakers and panel discussions with industry experts at the forefront of technology, such as the chief executive officers of local telecommunication service providers; senior representatives from DXC Technology, Ericsson, Huawei and Vitronic Machine Vision Asia; attendees can gain a deeper understanding on the potential and opportunities of advancing technology and innovation in pursuit of digital transformation.
The public is also welcome to explore the exhibition area which will showcase key ICT projects, live demonstrations and digital solutions by established organisations and start-ups including ASDS Sdn Bhd, Brunei Innovation Lab, Datastream Digital Sdn Bhd, Dynamik Technologies and Unified National Networks Sdn Bhd.
The Digital Future Exhibition will be open to the public from 9am to 5pm. Tickets for the conference will be available for purchase from June 6 via https://digitalfutureconfex.com.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC) and E-Government National Centre (EGNC). AITI and IFB will partner with D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, imagine Sdn Bhd, Progresif Sdn Bhd and Recap Sdn Bhd.
Brunei MYCE 2023 is organised by the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism through the Tourism Development Department in collaboration with local and international government agencies, statutory bodies, higher educational institutions, stakeholders and private agencies.
Brunei MYCE 2023 is supported by Radio Television Brunei (RTB), the Information Department (Pelita Brunei) and Brunei Press Sdn Bhd as official media partners.
