A group of pupils from EML International School at Sungai Hanching visited Tamu Kianggeh and One Riverside recently. They were accompanied by teachers and two volunteer parents.
The activity provided the pupils with the experience of shopping in two different environments. The pupils were also shown how to read labels and price tags.
The pupils also prepared a shopping list as part of their literacy exercise and bought items for a bake sale and lemonade stalls on Thursday.
