The Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), in collaboration with the School of Digital Science (SDS), and Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences (PAPRSB IHS), and supported by the High Commission of Canada in Brunei Darussalam, recently hosted a ‘Precision Cardiology – Disrupting Healthcare Globally’ webinar.
Cardiologist Dr Anmol Kapoor MD FRCPC from BioAro, Canada led the event which saw participation of over 45 professionals from various institutions in the country, including UBD and the Ministry of Health.
The webinar aimed to establish an appreciation for the ground-breaking synergy between genomics and cardiology.
The webinar also saw remarks from C3L Deputy Director Dr Nik Ani Afiqah binti Haji Mohamad Tuah and High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam Ambra Dickie.
